Nissan GTR Gearbox Noise

This time we had a car with weird noise came from the gearbox. The car can drive perfect in every gear. Except the noise bothered the owner.After several test we decided to remove the oil pan and notice there's something broken in the transmisssion. Further we remove the whole gearbox and noticesome of the 4th gear  teeth had chipped of.
